PIX and bank slip in a single payment. By credit card, in a single payment or in up to 12 interest-free instalments with a minimum instalment of R$ 200.00, on Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Elo and Diners.

Yes. For bookings paid by credit card, you must present the same card used for the purchase at check-in, together with an original photo ID.

If the guest is not the cardholder, contact our reservations team before travelling so we can validate the booking. If you paid with a virtual card, bring the purchase receipt or the statement showing the charge.

Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary according to the rate you choose. Check the rules of your rate before completing the booking.

Under Brazilian law, you can cancel free of charge within 7 days of booking.

In low season, cancellations and changes are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In high season, up to 30 days before. After those deadlines, and in case of no-show, the full amount of the booking is charged.

Arriving at night is fine: check-in is available until 00h00.

An original photo ID for every adult guest, plus the guest registration form (FNRH) that every hotel in Brazil must fill in.

Travelling with a child or teenager? Bring their original document and a document proving the authority of the accompanying adult: birth certificate, ID, travel authorisation or court authorisation (Brazilian Law 12.038/2009).

You can ask. Early arrival and late departure depend on availability on the day and may be charged as part of a rate — arrange it with the front desk in advance.

If your room is not ready when you arrive, leave your bags in the luggage storage and enjoy the hotel common areas.

Yes, we are pet friendly. We accept up to two small pets weighing up to 10 kg, with a daily fee of R$ 50.00 per pet.

At check-in you must show a vaccination record from the last year and sign the terms of responsibility. Pets must be on a lead or carried in the common areas and cannot be left alone in the room.

Pets are not allowed in the pool area, the bar or the restaurant.

No. The hotels are 100% non-smoking, both in the rooms and in the common areas. Smoking inside a room is subject to a cleaning fee set out in the house rules.

Only the guests on the booking may stay. Visitors are allowed 15 minutes at reception; to have someone in your room, add them to the booking.
