General conditions

Rates already include the service charge and ISS (municipal service tax).

Check-in from 2 pm / Check-out by 12 noon.

For purchases made by credit card, the cardholder must present the same card at check-in.

Payment methods

Bank slip (boleto): payment in full.

PIX: payment in full.

Credit card: payment in full or in up to 12 interest-free instalments, with a minimum instalment of R$ 200.00, on Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Elo and Diners cards.

For bookings paid by credit card:

• At check-in, the same card used for the purchase must be presented, together with an original photo ID (identity card, driving licence or passport).
• If, for any reason, the guest is not the holder of the credit card used, please contact the booking office to validate the booking.
• If the original ID has been lost or stolen, the guest must contact the booking office.
• When spouses are staying, the original marriage certificate must be presented.
• Because of the credit analysis processes and systems used for sales on our website, and even when the credit card has issued an authorisation code, Quinta do Sol reserves the right to ask a guest who bought online with a credit card to run that card, or another one, through a card terminal in order to check in. If the guest does not agree, Quinta do Sol reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Virtual card: at check-in, the guest must present a copy of the card statement (showing the charge for the purchase) or the proof of purchase with the card number that was generated.

Free stays for babies and children

Hotéis Quinta do Sol offers babies and children the following courtesy conditions:

Babies are those up to 2 years old.

Children are those up to 12 years old.

Quinta do Sol Praia Hotel

• Superior Suite: no courtesy for children.
• Standard Suite: courtesy for 1 child, with a limit of 4 people per room.
• Deluxe Suite: courtesy for 1 child, with a limit of 3 people per room.
• Family Suite: courtesy for 1 child, with a limit of 5 people per room.

Quinta do Sol Lite Praia Hotel

• Deluxe Suite: courtesy for 1 child, with a limit of 3 people per room.
• Family Suite: courtesy for 1 child, with a limit of 4 people per room.

Every room category at Hotéis Quinta do Sol is free for 1 baby, regardless of the number of people in the suite.

Cancellation, change and no-show policy

Low season: you may cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that, the penalty is the full amount of the booking.

High season: you may cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After that, the penalty is the full amount of the booking.

In case of no-show, the full amount of the booking is charged.
